Communicate Better Group Ltd Makes Fourth Acquisition

The Communicate Better Group, the telecommunications solutions provider, has acquired Merseyside business MH Communications (UK) Ltd, for an undisclosed sum. This is the fourth acquisition by Communicate Better and forms part of their growth strategy to invest in, and expand their product portfolio and services. The deal which was led by the Manchester Corporate Finance team at Cowgill Holloway LLP, and will see their fixed line services division double in size.

Rainhill-based MH Communications will remain open as part of Communicate Better’s plan to gain a nationwide presence.

Wayne Cartwright, Chief Executive at Communicate Better Group, said: “We are very excited about the opportunities that this deal will bring. Not only does it give us fantastic cross selling opportunities, it also allows Communicate Better to expand our portfolio with the addition of new product ranges and engineering skills that we will be taking on board.”

Mike Hayman, MH Communications owner, will be taking a role working as Managing Director of the voice and fixed line services division of Communicate Better, he said: “Communicate Better already offers cutting edge technologies that more and more customers are asking for. The acquisition forms part of the Communicate Better Group’s business plan to seek further acquisitions in the business communications and technology market throughout 2011.
