Communicate Better today announced the UK release of the CBXtreme family of devices. These devices combine the best in connectivity, power and features that Android offers with the addition of I.P rating and fully ruggedised structure. Water/Shock and dust resistance comes as standard.

“Historically tough devices with I.P ratings cost thousands of pounds with clunky unusable operating systems that were not designed for a touch interface, we’ve responded by introducing two cost effective devices” said Jordan Needham, Marketing Manager.

With drop-protection they can withstand 2m drops onto concrete. Extreme temperature operation ranges from -20 °C to 60 °C, barometic pressure, chemicals and vibration. They are waterproof (up to 2m) and are impervious to dust and microparticles.
