To Infinity and Beyond!: Mike beats personal record

If you thought your last bit of cardio at the gym was tough, take a look at this...

Our very own Mike Standring has achieved a new personal best of 5 hrs 10 mins at this year's Etape Caledonia Bike Ride.

It's not the first time our daring Director has taken on 85 miles of closed road cycling beginning and concluding in Pitlochry, Scotland.

In his previous effort, Mike completed the course with an impressive finish time of 6 hrs 11 mins.

The course - offering a 5,500 ft total climb - consists of rolling hills and forest-lined roads around Loch Rannoch and Loch Tummel, combined with the demanding, twisting climb of Mount Schiehallion (3,573 ft).

Mike's hard work is all in aid of Marie Curie - an organisation that supports people living with a terminal illness. Click here to donate.
