Communicate Better builds on ongoing success with Staveley Comms acquisition

Communicate Better continues to thrive and has expanded its business with the acquisition of North West based Staveley Comms for an undisclosed sum.

The leading converged technology provider has flourished amid the pandemic and will expand its geographical coverage across the UK, with its 17th acquisition in the last 10 years.

In a bold yet exciting move, Communicate Better will strengthen its IT, Mobile, Telephony and Telematics offering.

The latest purchase, which is described as “a natural fit” by CEO Wayne Cartwright, will give Communicate Better the opportunity to cross sell a wide range of products to the Staveley Comms customer base.

Staveley Comms was established in 1998 and is an IT and Telephony specialist. It will become part of the Communicate Better Group but will continue to operate under the Staveley Comms name, with all management and employees remaining in position to ensure continuity of service.
